  • Kill Fee: $150.00 per animal
  • Processing: $1.00 per lb (hanging weight)
  • Box Fee: $2.00 per box (if applicable)
  • Curing (Pork Only): $1.00 per lb

    Minimum weight: 12 lbs
  • Jerky $9.00 / lb
    Minimum starting weight: 12 lbs.
    Note: Yield is approx. 1/3 of starting weight due to shrinkage.
