By creating an account and using the services provided by Buermann's Ranch Meats (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service allows users to create an account, save contact information, build and save shopping carts for estimation purposes, create and manage custom meat processing instructions ("Cut Cards"), and submit requests for livestock processing ("Kill Tickets").
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. All data, including your password, is stored locally on the server provided by Buermann's Ranch Meats and is not accessible by any third parties.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to submit any false or misleading information, including in your account details, Cut Cards, or Kill Ticket requests.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Buermann's Ranch Meats makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Shopping cart totals are estimates. Final pricing will be determined at the time of purchase based on actual weights and current prices.
In no event shall Buermann's Ranch Meats or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Buermann's Ranch Meats' website, even if Buermann's Ranch Meats or a Buermann's Ranch Meats authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Buermann's Ranch Meats reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
Any claim relating to Buermann's Ranch Meats' website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
